Where to Brunch This Weekend: Sabrina’s Café in Collingswood
July 5, 2016 | klein
If you’re looking to escape the monotony of chain restaurants, check out Sabrina’s Café in Collingswood. The café is one of five locations of Sabrina’s restaurants, run by couple Robert and Raquel DeAbreu. The café’s vibe is meant to feel like you’re enjoying a meal at a friend’s house, and the interior lives up to that. Pretty crown molding runs across the high ceilings, and a gallery wall of white antique mirrors make the room feel cozy and unique.
On the menu is a selection of traditional American brunch and dinner options, with a hip twist. A selection of eggs dishes and stuffed French toast keeps a line out the door on weekend mornings. A dinner favorite is Sabrina’s stuffed meatloaf, which regularly appears as a dinner special. Sabrina’s is BYOB so come prepared with your favorite bottle of white or red to enjoy with your meal—or some champagne for brunch mimosas!
